The Seven Chakras and the Seven Sacred Flames

What is a chakra?

The word comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel.” Chakras are energy wheels located at specific points in the body. There are both primary and secondary chakras, serving as energy receptors essential for human life. They bridge the gap between our physical body and our energy structure, each having its uniqueness. As we evolve, our consciousness expands, allowing more energy to flow through our chakras. Conversely, by paying attention to our energy structure, our chakras radiate more, contributing to our personal evolution. Our well-being is closely tied to the proper functioning of these energy centers, with each chakra influencing surrounding organs.

The commonly discussed seven main chakras are positioned along the spine and connected to the seven dimensions of being. In this configuration, humans are considered septuple, constantly interacting with their environment in a multidimensional way. In the current energetic paradigm shift, we are transitioning from seven to twelve, implying that for our ascension, we must focus on understanding and mastering our twelve main chakras. However, before accessing the five new ones (meaning they were inactive and are now awakening), it is crucial to be comfortable with the initial seven, sensing them and maintaining their balance.

The Sacred Flames

They carry the attributes of God, each possessing a unique vibration and color. Since we are made in the image of the Source, these flames also exist within us. By directing our attention to them through creative visualization and a conscious desire to regain our integrity, we reactivate their power. Liberating in nature, these flames promote our awakening, evolution, and balance. They manifest in a language of fire, the divine fire that consumes imperfections.

These sacred flames also exist externally, with dedicated temples maintaining them to ensure their vibrations nourish the planet and its inhabitants. There are numerous flames, much like there are many chakras, and it is beneficial to reclaim the qualities of the first seven, associated with the primary seven chakras. Each flame is significant, and each day of the week corresponds to a specific flame.

Chapter 1: The Base Chakra and the Ascension Flame

On Fridays, the white ray of purity from the Ascension Flame is intensified. Ascension is the alchemical union between our human part and our I Am Presence. The white energy of this flame purifies false beliefs, negativity, and negative attitudes and habits that hinder spiritual mastery. It helps us remember and accept that we are divine, encouraging us to live from the wisdom of the heart. It rehabilitates our true being by assisting in separating, in our consciousness, what belongs to divinity from the patterns of the lower mind. The Ascension Flame allows us to recall our initial purity and rediscover our true inner home, at the heart of the love of our “I Am.”

This flame is associated with the first chakra, located at the level of the sexual organs. Its function is to connect us to the earthly plane, representing our earthly roots and our relationship with Mother Earth. It is literally the foundation of our physical existence. Directed downward, it communicates with secondary chakras along the legs, down to the feet, enabling us to root ourselves in the Earth. The root chakra is therefore related to our material life (including achievements and finances), our relationship with our physical body, our vitality, basic needs, and survival as an incarnated being—needs such as food, hydration, exercise, breathing, and respecting our rest time.

Symbolically, it also represents our relationship with the mother. Indeed, our Earth-Mother is our spiritual mother during our incarnation, and accepting our presence in this world contributes to the proper functioning of this chakra. If you are at peace with the maternal relationship, you are at peace with your material life. You regard the Earth-Mother as your home, feeling that you belong in this world. You allow yourself the abundance that the Earth offers to each of her children. You can affirm: “The Earth is my home, and I know I deserve to live comfortably, in material security. Matter is my friend; I allow it to abundantly enter my life. I embrace the choice of my body and commit to providing everything it needs to feel well.” This is the expression of a balanced root chakra.

Chapter 2: The Sacral Chakra and the Transmutation Flame

On Saturdays, the violet flame of forgiveness, transmutation, alchemy, and diplomacy is amplified. It is the most well-known and widely used flame today. It brings the frequency of change, allowing the release of claims and inflexibility related to the past. It is the action of the energy of forgiveness, liberating karmic blockages and buried resentments.

The violet flame works to dissolve misaligned energies, whether on conscious or unconscious levels. Utilizing this flame also helps find solutions based on peace and understanding. It is the combination of the blue and pink rays, uniting the energies of the divine masculine and feminine in a spiritual alchemy. Meditating with the violet flame allows for the understanding and integration of the true definition of forgiveness and compassion. It also brings comfort.

It is associated with the second chakra, located two centimeters below the navel. This chakra represents sexuality, the creative power of being, and the balance of masculine/feminine within oneself. It is also related to the element of water. Water fertilizes and aids in the creation of life. When this chakra is balanced, you are comfortable with your sexuality and sensuality, willing to express your emotions and passions. You vibrate with interest in your life, feeling that you are interesting. You sense that you are a unique expression of life with cherished talents. Thus, you are in harmony with your soul and life choices. You are also in the balance of giving and receiving, constructing your experiences on healthy foundations.

On Saturdays, focus your attention during meditation on your second chakra. Listen to it, let impressions related to this center come to you. Any work based on introspection and meditation is free from judgment. Simply observe, creating no resistance to what presents itself to you. You are the observer of your inner worlds. Visualize it in a beautiful violet color. Then, when this image is stable, imagine that you are bathing entirely in the flame of forgiveness and transmutation. Feel its vibration and concentrate on its attributes: the liberation of the past, comfort, compassion…

Aligning this chakra with the violet flame allows you to purify the foundations of your life—everything related to sexuality, creativity, and fertilization, whether in your transgenerational history or your personal path. There are still many abuses and deviations in this world. Freeing yourself from these patterns also helps the collective to purify, so do not doubt your importance and the correctness of your inner work, of what you contribute to this world. Finally, the benefit of this practice is also to rediscover your integrity in the balance of the masculine and feminine within yourself.

Chapter 3: The Solar Plexus and the Resurrection Flame

On Thursdays, the flame of resurrection is intensified. Its qualities include the application of Christic love, selfless service to God and humanity, devotion to one’s neighbor, spiritual worship at the heart level, and respectful feelings. It is purple and gold in color. This flame allows the restoration of all the gifts of our innate divine nature. As divine beings experiencing human life, our consciousness has been veiled in this process. The purple and gold flame resurrects the memory and attributes of our belonging to the Divine.

It also acts on all aspects of our life, restoring our health, creativity, finances, relationships, vision, beauty, and more. It is doubly active during Easter, allowing nature to be reborn after winter. The resurrection flame elevates vibrations, through diligent work, to the level of consciousness of the Light of Life, beyond the cycles of rebirth.

It is associated with the third chakra, the solar plexus. This chakra is linked to the element of fire and corresponds to our inner sun. It is the center of personality and is considered the seat of emotions, expressing feelings of pride, self-confidence, or conversely, fears and personal devaluations. When we are afraid, we often say our “stomach is tied in knots.” The organs surrounding this chakra are influenced by it, especially the liver, spleen, gallbladder, and stomach—critical organs for food assimilation and digestion. The diaphragm muscle, connected to breathing, is also part of this sensitive area, influenced by our emotions.

The role of emotions is to inform you of the direction you are taking in creating your life and especially your future. They are also indicators of your vibrational rate and thus directly affect the good health of the energy body and chakras. Negative emotions such as anger or sadness are much heavier than joy, peace, love, and enthusiasm. It is crucial to listen to your emotions because they tell you whether you are moving towards well-being or discomfort. Dealing with your emotions prevents the descent of ailments into the physical body. Every discomfort or illness originates from a false concept. What is a false concept? It is a belief that does not align with the laws of the Universe—peace, completeness, joy, abundance, enthusiasm, love, and more. This belief initially takes the form of a thought that repeats frequently, on which attention is fixed until it becomes self-evident, a reality no longer questioned. Most often, this materialization of belief is unconscious. If this recurring thought is not detected, it will generate a heavy emotion. Every thought generates an emotion. If you are disconnected from your emotions, if you are unaware of how sad, frustrated, angry, or depressed you can be, this emotion will crystallize more and more in your energy structure, slowing down your chakras. Eventually, your physical body will painfully inform you of this crystallization. Therefore, pay attention to what you feel, choose to vibrate peace, lightness, and light.

The solar plexus chakra is the representation of your inner sun. The main quality of the sun is to radiate. Be a radiant person by focusing on your sense of satisfaction. You must be certain that you are your best friend, make a contract with yourself, committing as a coach! Like the sun, warm yourself with the benevolent attention you give yourself. Next, the feeling of inner harmony, the certainty of your value as a unique being, are also evidence of the proper functioning of the solar plexus chakra. You are an attractive person, you appreciate yourself, and you recognize the unique character of each individual.

On Thursdays, spend time meditating by focusing on your third chakra. See yourself inhabiting this space, expressing and radiating your qualities in joy. Visualize this center with the colors purple and gold. Then, call upon the resurrection flame throughout your being. You can affirm: “I Am the Resurrection and the Life,” to restore your divinity and all its gifts. Honor yourself in this way to regain your wholeness and the memory of your Divine Essence.

Chapter 4: The Heart Chakra and the Flame of Divine Love

On Tuesdays, the pink flame of Divine Love is intensified. Its main qualities and actions include unconditional love, omnipresence, compassion, true brotherhood, charity, love in action, and the initiations of the heart chakra. When you feel the need to better understand a divine quality or integrate it more fully, simply visualize yourself completely immersed in the corresponding flame. Allow it to deposit its benevolent vibrations in you and uplift you.

For example, to integrate the principles of Unconditional Love, welcome the magnificent pink flame within you to initiate you into this truth, in each of your cells. Mental information may not reach you, but perhaps images, sounds, or sensations will vibrate within you, bringing you closer to this principle as you become more available and diligent, enabling you to embody it in your daily life.

One of the best ways to develop this awareness of Divine Love is to practice gratitude. It is an expression of humility and simplicity, acknowledging and thanking life for all its blessings. Gratitude increases and extends your blessings (are you willing to feel blessed by life?), aligns you with the laws of creation, manifestation, and multiplication. It also facilitates emotional lightness and leads to cultivating joy within yourself. Indeed, you cannot, at the same time, focus on what is wrong, sadden yourself, and express gratitude.

The Flame of Divine Love is associated with the heart chakra, which is at the center of the seven main chakras, between the first three in the emotional zone and the three upper chakras linked to thoughts and spiritual life. Balance is achieved when you live from your heart, inhabiting this infinite space of unconditional love.

Unconditional love is a concept often misunderstood and misused. Literally, it means love without condition. However, confusion arises when we think that we must first feel this for others, and that it opens the door to all excuses and permissions. We mistakenly equate love with self-neglect, when in fact, it’s the opposite. The feeling of love also has nothing to do with “pleasing.” Pleasing others means putting them first out of fear of rejection or abandonment. This internal stance is incorrect and leads to emotional dependencies and emotional blackmail situations. The right solution is always to listen to yourself first. Begin by respecting your needs and preferences, followed by unconditional self-appreciation. This unconditional appreciation means having a feeling of love for yourself that is not dependent on an external criterion. I acknowledge that it is easier said than done. For now, our energetic construction is more fear-based than love-based, but as these fears dissolve more and more, thanks to the integration of the new solar energies flooding the planet.

To determine if you are in right action (a decision you make) and not reacting to external stimuli or any belief, I encourage you to reposition yourself by asking this question: “Is what I am saying or doing based on love or fear?” Fear has countless faces: fear of saying or doing something wrong, fear of the other’s reaction, fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, fear of not being correct, etc. Checking whether you operate from love or fear is a very powerful internal stance. It requires vigilance and an honest examination of your motivations. And fear is not the only emotion that hinders your expansion. The most debilitating is hatred. Hatred is the opposite principle of love; it is the emotion that generates the most violence and self-destruction. In my practice as an energy healer, I can feel this emotion as a compact and black cloud surrounding the heart area. It is a leaden weight that immobilizes and slows down or prevents the heart’s radiation. For me, it is truly a stumbling block on the path back to oneself. I have encountered several people who gave up therapeutically at that moment. Letting go of hatred is to understand the mistake of protecting oneself by closing one’s heart.

True reconciliation is the opening of the heart; it operates in the opposite direction. It requires a gradual approach because the initial feeling on the path of return is vulnerability. Imagine that you have stayed for years in a house with closed shutters. If you suddenly throw the shutters wide open, you will be blinded, and it will be painful. Moreover, it will instantly highlight all the cobwebs, all the dark corners. It’s overwhelming to suddenly find yourself facing all your inappropriate feelings, inner shame, indignities, frustrations, pettiness, and all your shadows. Some beings already struggle to slightly open the shutters. It takes time, a lot of support, and not forcing anything.

It is crucial, however, to keep in mind that all solutions lie in the heart and involve its opening. Love is indeed the greatest force in the universe, and it is inherently healing. The release of wounds allows spiritual elevation. You can accompany yourself on this journey with positive reflections that trigger feelings of appreciation and validation:

  • Today, I accept myself as I am.
  • Today, the most important thing for me is to feel good.
  • Today, I am my best friend.
  • Now, the most important thing for me is the love I give to myself. Even if I am sad, even if I am angry, I choose to love myself while experiencing these emotions.

You can also decide to compliment yourself, at least three times a day to start, to develop a sense of pride within you.

Finally, know that there is no sentimentality or weakness in the feeling of love. Love is tenderness but also rigor. Rigor, not to be confused with rigidity, is the ability to stand tall, have a clear line of conduct, and stick to it. It is a commitment, a loyalty to oneself.

Living in the heart is the solution, and it is a reflex to acquire. It is allowing love to flow peacefully through you, being in the balance of giving and receiving. Understand that you naturally seek well-being through things to appreciate in your life. When you live this spontaneous reflex of expressing (bringing out of yourself) your love, everything flows from the Source; you offer no resistance to the flow of life. You know that the most important thing for you is to find things to love and not to seek to be loved. It all starts from the inside and goes outward. You know that your heart chakra is open when you are in a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental attitude, with a deep sense of unity and security.

On Tuesdays, take the time to meditate by placing your attention on your heart chakra. Visualize it in a beautiful pink color, which can have different shades depending on the moments, from light pink to dark pink, from tenderness to dynamism. Let yourself inhabit this sacred temple, this center of harmony, peace, and compassion. Then, call in the pink flame of Divine Love throughout your entire being, and feel flooded with the generosity of Love, giving, compassion, and mercy. In this way, you can realize that you are reconnecting with your Essence and remembering Who You Really Are, a unique expression of this Infinite Love.

Chapter 5: Throat Chakra and the Flame of God’s Will

On Mondays, the blue flame of Divine Will is intensified. Its main qualities include omnipotence, protection, faith, and the Will of God through the power of the Father. It allows us to access profound changes in our lives if we are willing to let go of control and allow the Creator to take the reins. It is a true challenge, and it is crucial to understand that we must first change our consciousness before witnessing transformations in our lives. It is primarily a path of fluidity and humility, as we accept not to decide solely with our linear minds but to let go and make room for Divine Will.

This requires detachment from outdated ways of functioning, which, while comfortable, are ill-suited to the new world. Are we ready to make our spiritual evolution and ascension a priority? If the answer is yes, then the blue flame is there to support, inspire, and help us align with our Divinity. However, this alignment happens through the disintegration of our outdated beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors. It allows us to reassess ourselves and realign with Divine Justice and balance. Our challenge is to maintain our discipline and accept submitting to the Essential Will (the Essence of Heaven) with an upright and obedient attitude. The blue flame urges us to choose to shine our Light Now and not perpetuate the illusory expectation that tomorrow will be different or more conducive to change. It all starts with us, with the unwavering will of our hearts to desire to come home.

The Flame of Divine Will is associated with the throat chakra, representing communication and expression. It can be seen as a gateway, enabling the expression of emotions through verbalization from the inside out. When balanced, you express yourself freely and speak your truth. Well-opened, it also allows artistic expression through speech and singing. If not very active, you may remain silent, suppress your words, and struggle to form relationships or communicate. Conversely, if too active, you may speak inappropriately, fill your inner void with words, seek to impose your truth, and may engage in gossip. This chakra acts as a bridge between the lower chakras, connected to emotions, and the upper chakras influenced by thoughts. It filters emotions, rationalizing them through the thought system. Thought aids in expressing emotions clearly. Remember, your emotions are there to tell you whether you are heading in the right direction (toward well-being) or not. The throat chakra is connected to the sacral chakra (the second). Your throat is there to verbalize your desires, wants, and preferences in the material world. The spoken word is creative; it materializes the abstract. In the second chakra reside desires. By offering them to the material world through verbalization, you begin to take action, deciding to manifest your desires and honor them. Indeed, you came to Earth to express your truth, a unique reflection of your qualities and preferences.

Speech is the material expression of the Divine, and in accordance with universal laws, it must be respectful and loving. If you find yourself staying in superficiality when you speak, it may indicate a need to hide who you are, often unconsciously maintaining feelings of shame and unworthiness. Speaking about oneself means revealing, showing oneself. You dare to show yourself when you feel right and worthy, when you know you are interesting. Practice taking an interest in your life, be interested in yourself. It all starts from within and goes outward. The more you develop the certainty of your worth, the less the judgment of others will affect you because you will be in a healthy self-judgment, and that’s what matters most.

It is also necessary to use words carefully when talking about others and your environment. When you express an opinion, you are speaking about yourself first. You see the world through your personal filters. Gossip, belittling, devaluation, and harsh criticism lead nowhere. Similarly, dominating through verbal violence shows dependence. You try to demonstrate to the other how valuable, knowledgeable, and informed you are. You are not in fairness; you are in the fear of rejection, so your solution is to control and impose. But it’s not a solution that serves you because it leads to tension, frustration, and violence. It is dictated by fear, not love and appreciation.

Finally, spending time talking about what’s wrong with you is also poison because it perpetuates problems. It is rumination. The time you spend going around in your problem, you are not connected to solutions. And then, “playing small does not serve the world” (quote from Marianne Williamson). It’s time to move on a much smoother path, that of appreciation. Every time you speak, you materialize a concept. You send a vibration into the material through sound. This sound can be right or wrong. Choose to speak rightly, and know that when you express appreciation, encouragement, gratitude, it is God speaking through you.

So, on Monday, honor the Divine Will within you, and understand that you are connecting to your own Presence, not an external being. Visualize your throat chakra in a beautiful royal blue, and surround yourself with the flame of God’s Will. Ask it to support you in all decisions related to expressing the highest version of your Being, so that it supports you through the energy of Faith and Rigor.

Chapter 6: The Third Eye and the Flame of Healing and Manifestation

On Wednesday, the emerald green flame of Healing and Manifestation is amplified. Its main qualities include healing at all levels, truth and constancy, creation through manifestation, and divine abundance associated with the Marian vibration. Any illness or disharmony is first created in the psyche, meaning in the conscious or unconscious mind. The basis is a false idea, a belief that is not in harmony with universal laws (joy, love, peace, compassion, mercy, benevolence, non-judgment, etc.). The mistaken idea creates an emotion, often repressed or unconscious. This unexpressed emotion will crystallize in the energetic structure and then manifest through physical symptoms.

Physical discomfort always comes last, and to heal, it is necessary to return to the origin of the discomfort, to understand what has been set in motion and the emotions it has generated. By retracing this process, understanding the “error,” and emotionally letting go, permanent healing takes place. This requires humility, the ability to recognize mistakes, and a willingness to confront one’s inner worlds and creations.

Meditating with the flame of healing helps accompany this work, harmonize all bodies, and restore integrity. It is allowing oneself to return to one’s original perfection by reintegrating one’s own divinity and freeing oneself from identifications with experience, remembering that we are Consciousness. Each person is unique and has specific patterns to heal. The process must be directed by setting an intention for healing, giving sustained attention to it, and practicing repeated exploration of one’s inner worlds in partnership with one’s Presence of Light. It also requires a commitment to becoming a complete and autonomous being. Indeed, there are many unconscious benefits to illnesses: attention from others, being taken care of, a lack of decision-making, etc. It is also possible to focus on the desired qualities: fulfillment, liberation, joy, completeness, unity, etc. It is about being creative by learning about one’s ways of functioning and choosing what is most appropriate for oneself. We are not alone in this process; we are guided and accompanied at every step by our Light entourage, ascended masters, angels, and archangels.

Furthermore, in the healing support process for another person, it is important to ask to be guided by our “I Am” Presence and the “I Am” Presence of the person seeking healing. Indeed, we cannot know, on multidimensional levels, what this being needs or on which plane healing should take place. It is not about interfering or wanting for the other but being the instrument through which the healing energy flows freely. For some beings, healing involves the death of the physical body because it is most beneficial for their soul. It is for the accompanying person to respect the soul’s choice, knowing that it is the highest for the being.

Finally, surrendering to the flame of healing is an opportunity to journey towards our ascension by dissolving everything that is less than our divine perfection.

The emerald green flame is associated with the third eye. It is the seat of intuition, creative thinking, and is connected to the divine mind. It is also the center of extrasensory perceptions (clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy, etc.). When this chakra is balanced, you listen to your intuition. You make decisions based on your inner guidance. You are attentive to your dreams, inspired, and comfortable with creative imagination. When combined with an open heart chakra, it is also a healing ray, allowing for distant healing. If your third eye is too closed, you are overly influenced, letting others dictate your actions, and struggle to make choices. If it is overactive, you have an overactive imagination, creating scenarios that you believe in, and you may be out of touch with concrete life. In excess, you might experience hallucinations and feelings of persecution.

This frontal chakra is connected to the divine mind (the higher mind), and in balance, you have a reliable intuition, hearing that inner voice. The challenge is that this area is also associated with the lower mind: the intellect. In today’s society, dominated by logic and reason, the intellect rules. Our minds make a lot of noise, acting as the main barrier to listening to intuition. Too much energy is spent in the lower mind. It’s crucial to remember that humans are multidimensional, not linear. However, intellectual thought is linear, arranging understandings one after the other. Thus, when you seek to understand your motivations, its only reference is the past and what is in your memories based on what you have already experienced.

Therefore, anything you haven’t experienced yet is not taken into account. With this mental base, you only reproduce what you know. To learn new things, you must connect with the higher mind, which is quantum and not limited. You can achieve what you want in your life; the universe is on your side. It’s primarily a matter of inner positioning, and if you can’t do it right now, there are still unresolved issues in your unconscious. Continue to accompany yourself with kindness. The real solution to calm your mind, break free from its script, activate your third eye correctly, and develop your intuition is to live in your heart. Literally place all your attention, all your concentration in the heart chakra. You know the saying: “The heart has its reasons that reason does not know.” And most importantly:

When the heart begins to resonate, the head stops reasoning.

So, focus on Wednesday to radiate your sixth chakra, imagining it in a beautiful green color, surrendering to your inner guidance, making silence in your head to make room for your higher mind. At the same time, invoke in the heart of each of your cells the sacred flame of healing and manifestation to restore the harmony and perfection of your divine nature.

Chapter 7: The Crown Chakra and the Golden Flame of Illumination and Wisdom

On Sundays, the flame of illumination is amplified. Its main qualities are wisdom, omniscience, heart intelligence, as well as the perception, understanding, and precipitation of the Divine Spirit. True Wisdom comes from the perspective of Higher Consciousness, and merging with the Spirit of God allows for decisions and actions based on the fulfillment of the Self. Precipitation represents the attributes of Wealth and Abundance, as well as Happiness, Joy, and the Consciousness of Universal Christ. Meditating with this flame allows the integration of the principles of Righteousness and Discernment.

It is beneficial to invoke this flame when we need to speak and express important things or teach, to do so with Wisdom and not be carried away by emotions, letting words surpass thought. It transforms difficult or conflictual situations into divine solutions. It represents true knowledge stemming from Divine Omniscience and helps break free from erroneous beliefs that kept one in pain and limitation. It is authentic knowledge derived from heart intelligence that also helps the ego, the lower personality, align with the Divine Spirit.

The flame of Illumination and Wisdom is associated with the crown chakra. It is located at the top of the head, is vertical, and is symbolized by the thousand-petaled lotus, representing awakening to the spiritual world. When well open, this chakra brings a sense of unity with the world, and the impression of separation fades. It is the gateway to celestial communication and channeling. It is the seat of spiritual life, nourishing the other chakras with the energy of the sky, just as the base nourishes the other chakras with the energy of the Earth. When it is underactive, focus is on material life, thoughts are rigid, and there is nothing beyond this human existence; your life lacks a higher purpose. You are often indecisive, with no real project or motivation. You live in fear of disappearing.

I don’t think one can say that this chakra is too open, as the purpose of human existence is precisely this reconnection with spiritual consciousness. So, the more open it is, the closer you get to your essence (your sky essence), with the unavoidable condition that the base chakra is also open, and you know how to place yourself at the center, in your heart. Otherwise, you are not aware of your bodily needs, escaping into spirituality, not inhabiting your body, and not living your life. This escape resolves nothing, like the overactivity of the mind; it is a denial of your inner sufferings.

I have observed, through my encounters, that there is a lot of confusion about spirituality, often misunderstood in relation to psychic abilities and religious principles. Being spiritual means being connected to the Spirit. And what is the Spirit? It is the Divine principle, unconditional Love. Being connected to the Spirit, therefore, means being in Love, living one’s Divinity, and within this energy are contained principles such as joy, peace, completeness, compassion, grace, abundance… There is no religious connotation in this definition. Religion, on the other hand, is a support, a teaching intended to lead to this fullness. Therefore, you can be in Love (connected to all that is) without having religious, philosophical, or esoteric knowledge. It is indeed a journey that takes place in the heart, not in the head. It is a practice, not a theory. Psychic abilities, on the other hand, are skills. One can be clairaudient, clairvoyant, telepathic… without being in the opening of the heart. Knowledge allows you to step out of illusions and relinquish your inner power to others who seem “more” than you. With the awakening of consciousness, there are now many teachings and practices that lead to this awakening. I advise you to listen to your preferences, your inner voice, and choose a practice without scattering. Reading one book, then another book, then another book, attending one workshop, then another workshop, then another workshop, does not allow you to experience things deeply. It accumulates knowledge without deeply settling into your being. Find the teaching that suits you and practice, feel, live these lessons with discipline and rigor.

Nourish your crown chakra through gratitude and surrender to your “Inner Presence.” It is accepting to connect with the Divine Spirit through the paternal principle “Heaven.” And as the base chakra is influenced by the relationship with the mother, the crown chakra is influenced by the relationship with the father. In your practice, reconcile, if necessary, with the image of the father and the masculine, to facilitate this communication with Heaven.

Especially on Sundays (the day when a significant number of people pray, accentuating this momentum towards Heaven), meditate with your crown chakra, flooding it with a beautiful golden color, and associate it with the flame of Illumination and Wisdom. Know that with each step taken, in a sincere investment of your consciousness, you will move away from insecurity, sadness, and the feeling of separation. You will benefit from all the relaxation and joy of feeling united with all that Is. You will be United Within Yourself… in an ever-greater version of yourself.

Conclusion

The flames (or rays) represent the attributes of God, and their practice is a sacred act. They allow us to rehabilitate these divine qualities within us, restoring our inner balance, harmonizing our structure, and purifying our psyche from false beliefs and erroneous identifications. They elevate us towards the Spirit and purify us to regain our divine integrity. Working regularly with the sacred flames, either individually or by associating them with our chakras, leads us towards mastery and prepares us for our Ascension into higher dimensions.

There are various ways to practice, such as focusing on one flame each day when it is amplified. To address a specific problem or rehabilitate a divine quality within oneself, one can concentrate on a single flame, invoking it regularly until the desired result is achieved. There is no need for elaborate rituals; simply calling and honoring each ray consciously, with pure intentions, suffices:

Examples:

  • “Dear violet flame, thank you for transmuting my resentment into acceptance to free me from this situation…”
  • “I call upon the blue flame of divine will within me to support my courage, overcome my fears, and surrender to the Father’s Will, Thank you.”
  • “I visualize the pink flame of Divine Love throughout my being to reconcile with Life, feel its tenderness, and integrate this principle within me to resolve inner conflicts, Thank you.”
  • “Dear flame of resurrection, thank you for helping me rediscover abundance and joy, and for reviving all my gifts in my consciousness…”

Be imaginative and dare to ask for the mastery of your life and the remembrance of your Divinity.
